Replacing Damaged Items or Missing Parts

If your order arrives damaged, or missing parts we may offer a replacement or parts at partial to no cost.

Thoroughly inspect your items upon delivery and report any damage or missing parts within 14 days of receiving the order. Simply notify us of a damaged order or missing parts upon receipt here.

If you prefer to return the order, we will refund the order’s price and delivery cost to your original payment method within 5 business days of pickup. You may need to upload a picture or video of the damaged product. 

If your package appears severely damaged upon delivery, please write down “Package Damaged” when signing the delivery slip. If your product is damaged upon receipt, you can request a replacement at no extra cost by notifying us.
