Our rugs, hand-crafted with diligence by expert artisans, are one-of-a-kind pieces that bear our signature designs. Colours may appear slightly differently on screen vs in person, adjusted often in terms of hue, saturation, and contrast.

Because of the product's fabric, it may sporadically shed. However, it is a standard process and is not considered a defect of the product.

Additional Information

Please note that due to the fact that the rug is handwoven, each piece may slightly differ in terms of colour, pattern and size (+/- 5-7 cm). This kind of variation is not considered a defect. 

Creasing is a natural process for genuine leather. Over time and with continuous use, the leather may stretch out and not return to its original shape. Any differences in colour or texture, such as blemishes, creases or other marks are natural occurrences and not a reason for complaint. 

The product requires some time after unpacking to get to its desired state. We recommend unfolding it as soon as possible, giving it up to 72 hours to straighten, as well as putting a heavy weight on the ends for a better effect.

To preserve the quality and longevity of the material, we advise against laying the rug in high-traffic areas of your home. 

Slight variations may occur with sizes and colours between screen images and the live product due to the made-to-order, custom nature of each item.
